Fundraisers are what keeps this chapter running. The money raised by the FFA members goes toward new jackets, clothing, field trips, projects, materials, senior trips, equipment, and much more. All of the aspects of our chapter has been worked for and earned by the advisor and members. The community is also a huge contributor to our successes.
Fruit Sales has been a time old tradition of raising money for the chapter. Each member gets catalogs of fruit, meat, cheese, and dessert products to sell out in the community. Members also have a chance to become a top ten seller. Top sellers usually sell upwards of a couple thousand dollars. At the banquet, top ten sellers get recognized for their achievements.
Krispy Kreme sales help assist in profits from fruit sales. Members are suggested to sell about ten boxes of donuts, but many sell much more. The donuts have become a very popular product when the season comes around. Many teachers and students enjoy buying their box of Krispy Kremes.
